What the Media Doesn't Tell You

Time and time again I watch the media report on the doom and gloom in the real estate market. To listen to some of their stories, you'd think it was the worst real estate market EVER! It's simply not true! The reality is that this is one of the best buyers markets we've seen in the past 16-20 years! The real estate market, like all markets, is cyclical, and whenever the market has a downturn in actvity such as we're seeing now, it's a great time to buy.
To counter some of the negative press from the mainstream media, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) has begun producing a monthly eNewsletter called "Beyond the Headlines" which aims to set the record straight on some of the more sensational real estate stories in today's media.
