Prices for homes in the Fort Bragg City limits decreased enough in 2009 to dramatically improve affordability while sales were higher than in 2008. Fort Bragg will continue to do well in 2010. It's hard to say whether or not it will hit bottom in 2010. My prediction is that prices will bottom out at 2001-2002 levels and as affordabilty improves, sales will continue to increase.
