Time and time again I watch the media report on the doom and gloom in the real estate market. While some of the stories are becoming more balanced, the reality is that this is one of the best buyers markets we've seen in a very long time! The real estate market, like all markets, is cyclical, and whenever the market has a downturn in activity such as we're seeing now, it's a great time to buy!
To counter some of the negative press from the mainstream media, as well provide a variety of very helpful real estate information, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) produces a monthly eNewsletter called "Beyond the Headlines" which aims to set the record straight on some of the more sensational real estate stories in today's media.
